Return Policy
Items assembled according to the included instructions can still be returned within 30 days of delivery when they remain complete and in resaleable condition. Free return labels are included for approved returns, and refund processing is completed within 15 days after the return review is approved.
30-day return window
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, including items assembled according to the included instructions when they remain complete and in resaleable condition. Contact Service@cedarcovehome.com before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email photos, packaging images, the shipping label, and your order number. We will review the claim and coordinate the next step, which may include replacement parts, a replacement item, or another approved resolution.
Free return label
Approved mail returns include a free return label. We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Approved returns and return correspondence should use 108-118 Brea Canyon Road, City of Industry, Los Angeles, CA 91789. Please contact Service@cedarcovehome.com before shipping any item back so we can confirm the return instructions for your order.
Non-returnable situations
Assembling an item according to the included instructions does not disqualify a return when the item is still complete and in resaleable condition. Exceptions include items modified beyond normal assembly, used or damaged after delivery, missing major parts or original packaging needed for resale, clearance-only or final-sale items, custom or made-to-order pieces, and items otherwise restricted by supplier policy. Freight and oversized orders may have additional handling limits.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 15 days after the return review is complete. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit after it is issued.
